Scope and fees
We agree the work and fee basis with you before substantive work begins. Depending on the matter, this may be an hourly arrangement, a defined project fee or statutory remuneration. Official fees, translations and foreign counsel costs are addressed separately where relevant.
An enquiry alone does not create a retainer or transfer responsibility for monitoring deadlines. Please arrange a suitable transfer method with us before sending extensive confidential files.
